Return and Refund Policy

At MaNit Creations, we strive to deliver high-quality artificial jewellery. Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are handled under specific conditions to ensure fairness and product integrity.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:
• You received a damaged product
• You received a wrong product

2. Mandatory Proof (Very Important)

To be eligible for a return or refund, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened from the beginning. The video must clearly display:
• The sealed package
• The unboxing process
• The issue (damage or incorrect product)

Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

3. Return Request Time

You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Minor color or design variations
• Used or worn products
• Products damaged due to misuse

5. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:
• We may arrange a return pickup or request you to ship the product
• After inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method or via agreed alternative

6. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
